It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Evelyne Assels of Port Daniel, which occurred at Chandler Hospital on Friday, February 13, 2026 at the age of 84.
Predeceased by her father Leslie Garrett, Mother Eleitha Dow and brother Kenny.
She leaves behind her beloved husband Kenneth Assels, daughter Kelly (Mark), grandchildren: Nicholas (Bianca), Brennan (Lyndsay).
Family will receive your condolences at the Saint James Anglican Church, Port Daniel on Thursday, February 19, 2026
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m.
Funeral at 2 p.m. with burial to follow
